FarmBot Tech AI: what it is and what's still unproven
FarmBot Tech describes its product as a voice-first AI assistant for farmers and announced an early version in October 2026. We haven't used it yet, so this page keeps the company's claims apart from what others have reported.
The short version
- The pitch: talk to it, and your updates become farm records and answers.
- Prices: no amounts on the public site. The terms describe free and paid plans.
- Satellite data: the home page reads as live, while the releases describe the Pixxel data as still to come.
- Compliance: the home page says compliance-ready, and the terms say regulatory compliance is not guaranteed.
- Independent evidence: we found no independent test, named customer or user count.

What we still need to test
The company's pages and terms make promises on some of these, but only using it can show how they work in practice. They are what we will check, and what we'd ask before paying.
- Does sign-up work, and which plan do you land on?
- Does voice hold up in a tractor cab, in wind and on a weak signal?
- How does your farm's data get in, and how accurate are the answers about it?
- Is there a satellite layer in the product today?
- What do the compliance-ready records look like, and can you export them?
- Do export and deletion work the way the terms describe?
