Common questions
What happens to my voice?
Your browser turns speech into text using its own speech service, so the audio may be sent to the browser maker, such as Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari. We never receive it. Type instead if you would rather keep it private.
Where are my entries kept?
In this browser, on this device. We never receive them. They are gone if you clear your browser data, and Safari may remove a site's saved data after about 7 days of use without a visit. Export a copy you want to keep.
Does voice work offline?
Usually not. Most browsers send speech to an online service to turn it into text. Typing works without a connection once the page has loaded.
Will this log satisfy a compliance program or an audit?
We make no such claim. It is a plain record of what you entered. Check what your program, buyer, lender or regulator requires.
Why did it get a detail wrong?
It reads your sentence with simple rules and no AI model. It handles short sentences such as "Sprayed north 40 with glyphosate at 32 ounces per acre" best. Fix anything it missed before you save.
